Located in a predominantly Black city within an affluent, majority-white county, Chester, Pennsylvania is home to an alarming concentration of polluting industrial facilities. Trash & Burn follows one woman’s decades-long fight to shut down the nation’s largest trash incinerator and protect her small town.
